Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley has been a popular Reggae Singer for many years. Born in Falmouth Jamaica, he was one of the wealthiest and most popular. In the film that became a cult classic, Shottas in which he was a co-star with Wyclef. Ky-Mani joined Shang Records and recorded his debut album in 1996, like Father Like Son. This was followed by several singles including Dear Dad, which topped British Reggae Charts. Who The Cap fit (remix) as well as Sensimelia. They all helped to establish Ky-Mani's status as a new reggae musician. Ky-Mani performed with Praswell from Fugees on Avenue in 1997, which proved to be a massively hit cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley appeared at the Midem event (an international showcase of music) that was the first time it was held in Miami.
